Festive Fudge Crafted Treats & Gifts

Lauren Hull is the founder and owner of Festive Fudge. Starting when she was a child, Lauren always loved to make sweets and gifts growing up because to her—gifts were a symbol of a thought, and her love was shown through thoughtful creations.

She has 15+ years in foodservice industry— including working for a fondue restaurant—The Melting Pot—for 5 years, where she worked with chocolate and found ways to be creative on-the-job. Many diners visited to celebrate special occasions, where she got to know the guests in a very interactive setting. Personalizing dessert plates in creative ways, she sometimes moved patrons to happy tears or laughter--starting a trend at the Addison Melting Pot location that is still practiced today.

More recently, Lauren has 10+ year career in graphic design, photography and art direction, with a passion for experience design, spending her career serving in or designing for the food service industry for clients like Cat Cora, Richard Rawlings, Genghis Grill and Dickey's Barbecue Pit to name a few.

Why is fudge so underrepresented in the dessert world, especially around special occasions?

That's the question that inspired Lauren on this endeavor. Sure, we love it for the holidays with an affinity for grandma's recipes, but for something that can be shaped and act as a canvas for design—why is fudge not explored like we see with cookies, cakes and pies?

Fudge is notoriously known for taste over its looks, and Festive Fudge is bound to prove that fudge doesn't have to compromise it's looks to be enjoyed.

Using  graphic design, photography and printing education she was able to do what no other business is doing: edible printing onto fudge. She worked on recipes to make smooth fudges with a printable surface while also working on exceptional flavors. Before Festive Fudge, printing on fudge has not been an offering anywhere in the country.

Festive Fudge seeks to make fudge relevant in the dessert world for festivities year round, bringing back an old fashioned dessert in a new way, and we can't wait to be part of your sweet moments.

My love for sweets and creating gifts is both a meaningful experience for myself and the reactions of joy I witness. Fudge really represents a labor of love and savoring something sweet together, and what a better time than now to share that.
